A walk-in-interview will be held at Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding,Institute of Agricultural Science, University of Calcutta on 26th July, 2013 for the position of Research Fellow in the project entitled “Development of commercially viable heterotic hybrid rice” financed by M/S Mali Agri-tech Pvt. Ltd. under the supervision of Prof. Tapash Dasgupta. The candidates are requested to attend the interview with two copies of Bio-data along with attested copies of the documents and original documents.

Essential Qualification : M.Sc (Ag) in Genetics and Plant Breeding or M.Sc. in Biotechnology with experience of Rice production
Desirable : Experience in molecular marker technology / Knowledge about hybrid rice
Age : Should not exceed 35 years.
Fellowship : Rs. 8000 per month (Fixed)
