Applications from Indian nationals for one temporary position of Project Fellow I under the project "A kinomic approach towards understanding of Kinase inhibitors by applying a molecular docking and pathway profiling appraoch its implications for rational design of novel kinase inhibitors" funded by DBT, India in the School of Biological sciences, NISER
Post : Project Fellow-I
Qualification :
A degree having 60% aggregate marks (5% relaxable to SC/ST candidates) in B.Tech/BE with interest in Biological applications or Masters in Computer application/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biological sciences with good programming skills.
Candidates with proven experience acquired either during their bachelor/master thesis or research stay in any labs would be preferred.
At least one year experience (in industry or academia) or qualifying CSIR/GATE/any national examinations would be an advantage.
Desirable : Candidate having prior experience in programming skills of Java, PERL, PHP or MySQL shall be preferred.
Job profile : The candidate is expected to design and develop a database.
Fellowship : Rs 12, 000 plus HRA (as per DBT norms).
Age : 28 years as on 05.08.2013, age relaxation to entitled categories as per DBT rules.
Interested candidates should submit an application duly filled in all respect in the pro forma only, as available in page 2 & 3 of this document with recent passport size photograph pasted on it to "The Administrative Officer-III (R&D), NISER, Institute of Physics Campus, Po- Sainik School, Bhubaneswar-751005".
